Why do you love Richmond?

Richmond is such a beautiful and historic city. Everywhere you turn you can see history or a beautiful sight, such as the James River. Though it is not a big city, it is not small. You get the best of both worlds. Also, you are a short drive to the mountains or the beach for a short get-a-way. For the most part, the people are also quite nice. Southern charm.

What’s your favorite thing to do in Richmond?

I love to eat and Richmond has a whole lot of Restaurants to please anyone. Not just the chain restaurants either. Local folks putting their own twist on a variety of foods.

Though a bit morbid, I have to say I like to visit Hollywood Cemetery. So historic with such a beautiful view of the city and the river.

What do you do here?

I am an independent insurance agent and also sit on the Development Committee for the Fan Free Clinic.

What’s your favorite restaurant?

There are so many. The Continental Westhampton jumps out at first, since it is just up the street, but other places like Nacho Mama's, FW Sullivan's and Buz and Ned's are just the tip of the restaurant iceberg in this city
